Data Elements & Subprocessors

This page lists the student information Insight MTSS collects, why we collect it, and the third parties (subprocessors) that help us provide the service. We update this list at least at the start of each State fiscal year (July 1) and each calendar year (January 1), and whenever it changes, as required by Illinois SOPPA (105 ILCS 85, Sec. 15(6)).
Student Data Elements

We do not collect: We do not collect: Social Security numbers, home addresses, phone numbers, health or medical records, photos, voice recordings, geolocation, or biometric information. We ask schools not to enter this kind of information into free-text notes.

Subprocessors
These third parties may store or process student data only to help us provide Insight MTSS. Each is under a written contract that limits its use of the data, prohibits further sharing, and requires reasonable security.
