Sign in and save Insight MTSS to your iPhone
No app store needed. Open the app in Safari, sign in, and add it to your home screen in under a minute.
Step 1 — Sign in to the app
Tap the button below to open Insight MTSS in your browser. Use the email and password your school administrator provided. If you haven't received login credentials yet, contact your school's MTSS coordinator.
Use Safari on iPhone
The "Add to Home Screen" feature only works in Safari. If you opened this page in Chrome or another browser, copy the link and paste it into Safari.
How to add it to your home screen

Open the app in Safari
Tap the button above to open the Insight MTSS app. Make sure you're using Safari — it's the browser with the compass icon that comes built into every iPhone.

Sign in with your credentials
Enter the email address and password your school provided. If this is your first time, check your email for a welcome message with your login details.

Tap the Share button
Once you're signed in, tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari — it looks like a box with an arrow pointing up. You'll find it in the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.

Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll down in the share menu until you see "Add to Home Screen" and tap it. You can rename the shortcut if you'd like — we suggest keeping it as "Insight MTSS".

Tap "Add" to confirm
Tap the blue "Add" button in the top-right corner. The Insight MTSS icon will appear on your iPhone home screen, just like any other app.

That's it — you're all set.
From now on, tap the Insight MTSS icon on your home screen to open the app instantly. It will open full-screen, without the browser toolbar, so it feels just like a native app.
Common questions
What if I don't see "Add to Home Screen"?
Make sure you're using Safari, not Chrome or Firefox. The Add to Home Screen option only appears in Safari's share menu. If you're already in Safari and still don't see it, scroll down further in the share sheet — it may be below the visible area.
Will I need to sign in every time?
No. Once you sign in, your session stays active. You'll only need to sign in again if you manually sign out or if your school's security settings require periodic re-authentication.
Does this work on Android too?
Yes. In Chrome on Android, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select "Add to Home screen." The steps are slightly different but the result is the same — a home screen shortcut that opens the app full-screen.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Contact your school's MTSS coordinator or administrator. They can reset your password from within the Insight MTSS admin panel and send you a new one.
